Step 2: To kick off your registration, select “SHOP NOW”.
Step 3: For those who are new, choose “Not a member yet? Register Now”. Make sure you have the following ready before proceeding:
- Grocery/Canteen card
- PAN card
- Mobile number for OTP verification
Step 4: Here’s where you’ll fill out the registration form. Ensure that your Name, Card ID, and Chip number match exactly what’s on your Grocery or Canteen card. Your mobile number will be verified with an OTP; just input your number and hit “Send OTP”. If there’s already a user with the same username, grocery card, or PAN number, you’ll see an error message. Remember, each user needs unique details like Username and email. If you encounter any problems, please contact the help desk. Also, if your “Date of enrolment, commissioning” is within the last five years, you won’t be able to make purchases.
Once the form is filled out, click “Submit”. If everything checks out, you’ll receive a notification. However, logging in won’t be immediate; an administrator will need to verify your information first. Once approved, a confirmation will land in your email.
Step 5: After logging in, you’ll need to enter the OTP sent to your mobile.
